Raintree Condominium Association Meeting Minutes

A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 20th of September, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. Attendance at the meeting was fair, with several residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Board President Jones.

Minutes for the previous were reviewed and approved. There was then a talk about upcoming renovation plans and how it will affect residents.

Several issues were brought up concerning the potential for noise from the project.
Seconding a motion, it was agreed that|The board agreed to starting the project, with an estimated completion date late summer.
Additional topics brought up included installing a new security system.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM. Next month's meeting will be held on the third Thursday of December.

Suggested Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association will have proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes aim to streamline several aspects of condominium governance. Notable among these proposed amendments are: alterations to the pet policy, revisions to parking regulations, and an new section on noise issues. A detailed proposal outlining these amendments has been made available to all residents shortly, along with a schedule for upcoming meetings where residents can voice their opinions.

Raintree Condo Exterior Enhancement Project Report

Greetings residents! This brief update provides information regarding the ongoing outside improvement project at Raintree Condo. The primary focus of this project is to enhance the aesthetic appeal and overall longevity of our building. As of today, significant progress has been made on several phases.

The Team are currently working diligently on the setup of new plants around the property, which is anticipated to greatly improve curb appeal.
Also, the fresh coat of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate finishing touches within the next several weeks.
Residents are reminded to exercise caution in the project area and to follow all posted rules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
